Week 1 — Getting to Know the Sea2027 dates: coming soon
- Introduction to nautical terminology
- First contact with the Optimist dinghy
- Swimming & water safety
- Sea games & team exercises
- Sail trimming – weather theory
Week 2 — First Sails2027 dates: coming soon
- Hands-on practice in the Optimist
- Introduction to the Techno windsurf board
- Knot tying & rigging handling
- A small race among participants
- Visitors' day & seaside picnic
Week 3 — Open Sea2027 dates: coming soon
- Independent sailing in Optimist & ILCA 4
- Windsurfing & board practice
- Nautical orientation at Limeniskos Artemidas
- Race photography & video
- Diploma award ceremony
Week 4 — Regatta Week2027 dates: coming soon
- Intensive racing-technique preparation
- Hands-on practice in ILCA 4 & 6 boats
- Mini Regatta NOAS Sailing Club, open to all departments
- Awards & final beach party
- Presentation of Artemida's maritime history
